The Business of Dentistry: The Complete Leadership and Management Tool Chest (9-Day Program: April, July, October, 2016)

Boston, MA •Friday, April 22, 2016, 9 a.m. - Sunday, April 24, 2016, 4 p.m.

Dentists young and old are looking for a strong foundation for their practice; a foundation that can endure changes in the economy, changes in insurance regulations, and even changes within the practice itself. But in a profession that is increasingly competitive, and in a regulatory environment that is increasingly complicated, clinical skills can only take a practitioner so far!

To help provide today’s dentists with a comprehensive overview of the practice management skills that will allow them to achieve professional success, Tufts Dental has teamed up with Pride Institute. Together, we offer a 9-day practice management continuum course, which will be limited to a small group in order to maximize engagement. This course involves individual and group coaching, includes extensive reference materials, and is comparable to yearlong leadership programs offered by most major consulting companies.

The courses also include financial and strategic planning advice, leadership training, staff management, and operational systems best practices. Our goal is to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure your professional success, no matter what challenges come your way.

Course participants will receive:

  • Nine days of intensive workshops
  • Six group Webinars to help you implement solutions in your practice
  • Access to Pride’s “Consultant at a Click” trouble shooting service
  • Reference Materials, including:
  1. Pride’s “Building Blox” self-guided tutorials on all operational systems
  2. Extensive course materials for ultimate implementation

Graduates of this continuum program will be equipped to:
  • Strategically plan for a professional life that provides the lifestyle and results you had hoped to achieve
  • Run a professional dental office profitably and efficiently
  • Hire, train, coach and compensate a dental team to be self-directed and excellent
  • Organize practice systems (scheduling, finance, marketing, treatment presentation, continuing care) for best outcomes and results
  • Manage the patient experience in order to create loyal ”raving fan” patients who become ambassadors for your practice
