Camera, Lights, Action! Patient Photography Made Easy
Boston, MA •Saturday, October 1, 2016 • 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The
importance of quality facial and intra-oral photography for patient
documentation in both general and specialty dental practices cannot be
underestimated. A picture says more
than a thousand words when communicating with the dental lab, the insurance
company and the specialist. Explaining treatment options to your patient with
photographs will increase their acceptance of the treatment plan.
In this
course, participants will be shown how they can integrate
patient photography into their practice with either a Point-and-Shoot camera
that can be programmed for dental views or a Single Lens Reflex (SLR) camera
system. Participants will learn the specific guidelines for standardized
patient photography and how to obtain clinically correct images on a consistent
basis.
At the end of
this course, participants will be prepared to return to their offices and put
together a high quality patient “make-over” series using before and after
pictures. These marketing materials can be generated at very little cost, and
can get your patients to ask for dental procedures that they did not know were
available!
