Dental Sleep Medicine Education in Academic Institutions

Boston, MA •Sunday, June 4, 2017 • 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

When the National Institute of Medicine published “Sleep Disorders and Sleep Deprivation: An Unmet Public Health Problem” in 2006, it ushered in a new way of looking at Somnology and Sleep Medicine, prompting its inclusion in academic curriculums. Join Dr. Leopoldo Correa for this unique event where he will review the state of Dental Sleep Medicine (DSM) in academia, past and present, here at Tufts and beyond!

Open to any dentist interested in DSM either professionally or academically (or both!), the lecture will be followed by a reception and meet and greet with members of the TUSDM DSM community and past participants of our DSM CE programs.
