Dental Sleep Medicine: A Comprehensive Introduction

Boston, MA •Saturday, February 10, 2018, 9 a.m. - Sunday, February 11, 2018, 12 p.m.

Tufts University Department of Continuing Education is pleased to announce its newest dental sleep medicine program. Based on the need for university-based CE dental sleep medicine programs, we are offering a comprehensive course consisting of three sessions of 1.5 days each. This program is intended for dentists looking to take the first steps towards learning and understanding the practice of dental sleep medicine, and will serve as an excellent precursor towards an extended program (such as the TUSDM/AACP Dental Sleep Mini-Residency).

Please note: participants in this course are eligible to receive $1,000 off enrollment in our 2018-19 Dental Sleep Mini-Residency or TMD Mini-Residency!

This comprehensive program will include detailed information on the management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients via oral appliance therapy. Lectures, hands-on workshops and clinical case-based learning will provide participants with information in the field of dental sleep medicine, including new clinical guidelines, innovations in clinical techniques to achieve more successful treatment outcomes and management of common side effects.
