Pediatric malocclusion: it's something most dentists see on a daily basis but often struggle to treat. In this lecture course, Dr. Carapezza will walk participants through the diagnosis using classification systems designed to help practitioners recognize, restore or refer out to ensure early treatment. The ability to intercept problems at the appropriate time is essential to help prevent gross malocclusions, and participants will learn what strategies and protocols to use to accomplish outcome normalcy.

Using a unique approach that focuses on early arch development, including proper overbite, overjet, molar relationship, lip seal and serial guidance, Dr. Carapezza will help participants see how most developing malocclusions can be corrected without distalizing mechanics or the need for extraction of permanent teeth, whilst enhancing facial esthetics. Suitable for both pediatric and general dentists as well as their staff, this course will help participants understand how to best care for their pediatric patients.
