The TUSDM Department of Periodontology is pleased to host the
5th International Alumni Conferencewith the theme “Periodontology – Looking Ahead.”
Our goal is to conduct a thought-provoking forward-looking event. We are pleased to welcome exceptional specialty students, faculty, and alumni who will be challenged to share exciting new results of their research along with innovative solutions for managing periodontal patients, and to project a vision of our specialty as it becomes progressively integrated with implant therapy, lasers, new bio-materials, and other innovative technologies.
The meeting is dedicated to the late Dr. Esther Wilkins, a distinguished Tufts periodontal alumna and faculty member whose contributions to periodontics and dental hygiene have become legendary. A separate presentation will honor this highly recognized Tufts Periodontal alumna.
Rounding off the program, the keynote lecture by the renowned Dr. William Giannobile will highlight some of his cutting edge research findings and novel procedures for patient management.
By attending the program, participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from the experiences, innovations, and novel directions of fellow periodontal alumni. During the day, there will be opportunities for interchange and questions.
